I’m an instructional designer and eLearning developer who turns complex processes and information into practical learning experiences. My work spans enterprise systems training, scenario-based learning, instructor-led and virtual training, performance support, and interactive eLearning.
I approach learning challenges from both a performance and business perspective—identifying what people need to do differently, then designing solutions that support that outcome. I also use generative AI to accelerate analysis, prototyping, content development, visualization, and digital voice-over while keeping instructional judgment at the center of the design process. My MBA helps me connect learning solutions to the operational goals they are intended to support.
